These Terms govern your access to and use of Zebri. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zebri.

1. About Zebri
Zebri is an early stage software platform designed to help creative businesses manage conversations, leads, enquiries, and sales workflows across multiple communication channels. Features may include AI assisted tools, inbox management, integrations with third party platforms, analytics, and automation.
Zebri is a developing product. Some features may be experimental, incomplete, or change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zebri. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of the platform
You agree to use Zebri only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. AI features and limitations
Zebri includes AI powered features designed to assist with drafting responses, analysing conversations, and improving workflows. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some cases.
You remain fully responsible for reviewing, approving, and sending any communications, and for any decisions made using Zebri. Zebri does not guarantee outcomes, conversions, revenue, or business performance.
5. Integrations and third party services
Zebri may integrate with third party services such as email providers, social media platforms, and messaging tools. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
Zebri is not responsible for outages, data loss, or changes caused by third party services.
6. Data and content ownership
You retain ownership of the content, messages, and data you provide to Zebri.
By using the platform, you grant Zebri a limited licence to process, store, and analyse this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
7. Fees and access
Zebri may offer free, paid, early access, or promotional plans. Pricing, features, and availability may change at any time.
Early access, waitlist benefits, discounts, and lifetime deals are offered at Zebri’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn.
8. No warranty
Zebri is provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebri and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of profits arising from your use of the platform.
Your use of Zebri is at your own risk.
10. Early stage disclaimer
Zebri is a startup and may change direction, pause development, or discontinue entirely. Features, rewards, and access are not guaranteed.
By using Zebri, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
11. Termination
You may stop using Zebri at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly where misuse or risk is identified.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zebri after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
